What is "Hydroisol" Crystal Producing Concrete Waterproofing Admixture ?
HYDROISOL - Developed by the Russian Academy of Sciences Ural Technical University, "HYDROISOL" is a cement-based waterproofing material, and when applied to uninsulated concrete, it is a waterproofing material that produces cement-based crystals that makes concrete completely impermeable to water.
"HYDROISOL" makes the waterproofing solutions in the construction sector simple, healthy and economical by filling the capillary voids of the concrete with water-insoluble crystals and making the concrete element impermeable forever.
"HYDROISOL" is known for the needle type crystals it produces among the crystal producing water insulation materials in the world and this is the most important feature that distinguishes "HYDROISOL" from other products. In order to obtain "HYDROISOL" waterproof concrete, "BETOMIX-ITH" concrete mixture can be added as an additive or it can be easily applied to the concrete surface by brush or spraying as a slurry after mixing in the specified proportions. It continues to produce crystal when it comes into contact with water, even after years of application.
It not only provides waterproofing, but also increases the durability of concrete as it prevents corrosion by penetrating into the concrete and cutting off the contact of the concrete iron with air and water.
